Brand Manager

Job Overview

Our client is an international online gaming company offering sports betting and casino services, with a significant presence in Latin America. Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the brand strategy.
• Develop and maintain brand tone of voice and messaging.
• Build and manage content strategy across social media channels.
• Create brand materials, presentations, partner decks, and guidelines.
• Work with influencers, KOLs, and crypto communities from a brand-awareness perspective.
• Collaborate closely with Growth, CRM, Affiliate, and Creative teams.
• Write creative briefs for designers, video editors, and content creators.
• Monitor brand performance and key awareness metrics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry.
• Experience managing an entire casino/sportsbook brand or overseeing brand operations within an online gaming company.
• Experience coordinating teams responsible for affiliate programs, CRM, customer retention, customer support, payments, and product development.
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs: GGR, NGR, FTD, LTV, and Retention.
• Knowledge of Latin American markets is mandatory.
• Experience launching new geographic markets or scaling existing brands is a significant advantage.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level or above.
• Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and content marketing.
